Why is your pricing so straightforward?
At Galactic Scribble, we value transparency and respect for our customers. That's why all our prices are round numbers, right on the dollar. We skip the common retail gimmick of pricing items at $29.99 and just say $30. It's simple: we treat our customers as savvy shoppers who don't need to be tricked into thinking they're spending less. We believe honesty is the best policy, especially when it comes to pricing.
What is the quality of your shirts?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our shirts are crafted for comfort and style, using the Comfort Colors 1717 tee as our standard. These tees are made from high-quality, 100% ring-spun US cotton, weighing a substantial 6.1 oz/yd² (206.8 g/m²). They are designed to last, offering a relaxed fit that suits both casual and semi-formal occasions. Each shirt features a classic crew neckline, perfect for accessorizing, and comes pre-shrunk to ensure the fit you feel on the first wear remains consistent over time. Additionally, our shirts proudly carry the signature sewn-in twill label of Comfort Colors. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are automatically handed off to the print provider as soon as they are placed. You may use our contact form to reach out, however there are no guarantees we can stop or cancel and order placed. Due to the nature of running a small family business, we are not online all day everyday in every time zone, it could be 10 or 12 hours before we have a chance to read your message and react to it, by then it may be too late. We will still try to handle anything within our control.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we do not, but we may consider it if there is enough demand.
Canada, sorry, we just can't deal with your taxes/import duties at our current size, plus we just can't have packages stuck in Canadian postal customs for weeks on end, it's not good for you or us.
How secure is your website?
We picked Shopify so they would worry about that and not us. That is probably a better question for them than us. However I will say after having been in eCommerce for nearly 20 years, I picked them over the platform I normally work with so that I would not have to lose sleep over the security and up time.
